Properties: Light yellow or orange crystal (granules). Non-toxic with little odor of ammonia. The density is 1.34-1.40. Soluble in benzene, acetone and chloroform. Insoluble in water, acid, and lower concentration alkali.
Application: An excellent delayed accelerator. The performance is similar to Accelerator CZ, with better scorch safety. Widely used in NR, IR, SBR, NBR and EPDM. Can be used alone or with vulcanization accelerators such as thiurams, guanidines and dithiocarbamates to improve the activity. Mainly used to manufacture tires, shoes and belts. Non-blooming. Not suitable to apply in beverage or food containers due to the slight odor of the product after vulcanization.
Packaging: Net weight 25kgs in kraft paper bag with PE inner.
Storage: Keep container tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated place. The recommended maximum storage life is 18 months when stored under normal conditions.
